Terms
Terms and conditions of sale
These terms are a basic launch version. If you continue selling to French consumers, you should regularize your registered seller identity and appoint a consumer mediator when legally required.
1. Seller
The seller is Autoprompt.io, identified in the Legal Notice.
2. Scope
These terms govern the sale of digital prompt libraries, subscriptions, and related digital access sold on Autoprompt.io.
3. Products
The products are digital content and digital services delivered online after payment. Access may include prompt libraries, downloadable files, and updates published to a vault page.
4. Orders and payment
Orders are placed online through Stripe-hosted payment pages. The price displayed at checkout is the price due, subject to taxes and mandatory charges where applicable. Payment is due immediately.
5. Delivery
Delivery occurs by providing online access to the purchased digital content or subscription area after payment.
6. Consumer withdrawal
If the buyer qualifies as a consumer, the standard withdrawal regime may apply unless a valid legal exception applies. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium and supplied immediately after payment, access may begin before expiry of the withdrawal period only if the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged the possible loss of the withdrawal right where the law permits.
7. Refunds
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, payments for digital content already delivered are non-refundable. This clause does not limit any mandatory statutory rights.
8. Subscription, duration, and termination
Subscription products renew according to the billing cycle presented at checkout until cancellation. Customers can request cancellation electronically through the Cancel subscription page and any additional billing tools made available by the seller or Stripe, including the customer portal when enabled.
9. Permitted use
Products are licensed for the customer’s own use. Resale, sublicensing, mass redistribution, publication of the libraries as-is, or sharing access links publicly is prohibited without prior written authorization.
10. Automated outputs and customer responsibility
The products are drafting and productivity tools. Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs before publication or commercial use. No legal, accounting, tax, medical, or regulated professional advice is provided.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for indirect, consequential, reputational, or loss-of-profit damages resulting from the use of the site or the products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
12. Consumer mediator
If and when legally required, the seller will designate a consumer mediator and publish the relevant details on this page. At launch, no mediator details are published yet.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory protective rules that may apply to eligible consumers in their country of residence.
